  • Make some labels as optional fields to let your registrants skip some and complete the registration process quickly. 
  • Use a simple language to make your event registration form easily understandable at a glance. 
  • Show error messages within the fields. For example, you can say “email id is not valid” for a wrong email address. And

  • Avoid asking too many questions to registrants. If you’re forcing them to do so, they might leave your event page without completing the registration process. 
  • Remove unnecessary fields. For example, you can avoid asking for secondary contact numbers, email addresses, and phone numbers. 
  • Don’t use fancy font styles in the event registration form, as it will be difficult for the registrants to read.
  • Not using placeholders. To ensure that a user doesn’t enter the wrong type of information, it’s important that you inform the user to use text attributes like alphabetic or alphanumeric.
