The 2023 Virginia Geological Field Conference will assemble in southwestern Virginia to examine the complex and wonderful geology in the Mt. Rogers area.  The conference will be based out of the Blue Ridge Discovery Center (6402 Whitetop Rd, Troutdale, VA 24378)

Tentative Conference Schedule: Friday, October 27th @ 6:30 p.m. – Reception, business meeting, and an introductory talk

Saturday, October 28th @ 7:30 a.m. – Full day field trip with bus transportation, lunch, snacks, and drinks provided

Sunday, October 29th @ 7:30 a.m. – Optional half-day field trip (return to BRDC before 1 pm)
