Express Publishing was established in 1988 with the purpose of raising the standards of English language teaching. Ever since, we have produced a wide variety of innovative teaching materials, including course books, grammar books, exam materials, supplementary readers and the Express Digibooks platform, one of the first LMS platforms in the ELT market to be gamified. 

With a variety of books supported by digital products (iebooks, IWB software and cross-platform digital applications), we have been meeting the needs of students and teachers alike for all these years. Since 1988, the birth of today’s globally operating company, we have released more than 3500 titles of educational material, sold in over 100 countries. Our partnerships with publishers and distributors across the globe have made us one of the leading ELT publishers in the world and associated our name with innovative strength, as well as social commitment.

At the core of our mission, we believe that all teachers deserve the opportunity to improve themselves and since 2012, over 1100 teachers from almost 100 countries have joined our global webinars, completed our teacher development and  Advanced Skills Courses, Advanced Skills Self Study Courses, and collaborated with us in The Teachers’ Room.

We share and discuss practical resources, articles and opportunities via the iTDi Facebook page as well as The Teachers’ Room, and further welcome both new and seasoned contributors to the monthly iTDi blog.

In 2014, Serdar, Kris and, James joined forces to create Off2Class.

‘We couldn’t find teacher-led lesson content for our own online ESL lessons, so we decided to create some of our own. At the time, teaching English online was nascent, and nobody had thought about redesigning traditional materials and software for the power of the 21st-century classroom. We built a website, loaded our first lessons, and soon discovered that our ESL teacher community was hungry for more.

Off2Class is here to make the world of language learning a better place for teachers and students. We know that teachers remain the essential ingredient in language learning. Real proficiency in a foreign language cannot be reached without the guidance of a teacher. 

Off2Class keeps the teacher at the heart of a student’s language learning adventure. We create content that can be used in a variety of ways to a diverse range of learners. Our content is adaptive rather than prescriptive. It allows teachers to provide a personalized lesson to their individual students and classes. Off2Class creates interactive content for the digital age. By re-working our lesson content based on your feedback we can all contribute to making the world of teaching ESL a better place.

Efficient Language Coaching Global was founded in 2008, initially as a central certification body, by Rachel with the idea of creating a worldwide network of like-minded language coaches, all with different professional backgrounds, with good teaching qualifications or experience and in addition with the added dimension of coaching qualifications.

The company designed and released the ELC language coaching certification for language teachers programmes in 2012. In August of 2012, a pilot delivered the first ELC certified language coaches in the world. ELC achieved an immensely important milestone in 2013 when it achieved accreditation from the ICF for its Neurolanguage Coaching courses. In 2019, ELC Licensed Teacher Trainers prepared to deliver the certification training in multiple languages. ELC introduced the certification in Spanish, Italian, French, and Czech. The company achieved CPD approval for the Neurolanguage Coaching courses in the UK. In 2020, ELC introduced the certification in Russian, Portuguese, Slovakian, and Polish languages in 2020. As of February 2021, more than 850 Neurolanguage Coaches have been certified by ELC globally.

The 1st INTERNATIONAL PUBLISHERS EXHIBITIONS took place in 1984 and were originally organized by international publishing companies - i.e. enterprises with headquarters outside of Greece. Their main objective was - as it is today - the promotion of FLT (Foreign Language Teaching) materials. During the years the events as well as the demands of the exhibitors and visitors grew, the group of companies arranging the events couldn't cope anymore with the additional tasks and handed the organization of the exhibitions over to DCS in 1992.

DCS & Co. is a professional conference and exhibition organization, independent of any political, religious, trade or other interest groups. Our main interest is to bring together producers and professional users (school owners, teachers etc.) of FLT materials and to inform visitors of the latest development in foreign language education. DCS - with an experience of more than 40 years - provides the highest reasonable quality services to participating companies and the INTERNATIONAL PUBLISHERS EXHIBITIONS are today the biggest and most authoritative events in the field in Cyprus and in Greece.

In the past years, enterprises from Canada, Cyprus, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, the U.K and the USA participated in the exhibitions. The fairs are open to FLT publishers, newspapers, magazines, software producers, examination boards, teacher training centres and providers of services/products to private- and public schools. Major conferences which were ran by DCS are on the page "Past Events". INTERNATIONAL PUBLISHERS EXHIBITIONS are held yearly in Athens (2x), in Thessaloniki (2x) and in Cyprus. An average of 700 professional visitors in Cyprus, 2800 in Athens and 1800 in Thessaloniki attended each of our events in the last few years.

Teflnet is a site dedicated to teachers of English as a foreign language. Teflnet is written mainly in British English, taking the The Concise Oxford Dictionary of Current English as a reference. For American English we use Webster's New World College Dictionary as a reference. Teflnet is part of the EnglishClub community. Like EnglishClub, access to all parts of Teflnet is free. But, unlike EnglishClub, which provides resources both for students and for teachers of English, Teflnet is designed exclusively for teachers of English.

Hopkins International Partners, Inc. is a founding member of the Promoting English Proficiency (PEP) project which is a joint program of the Makati Business Club Philippines-U.S. Business Council and the American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines which aims to improve the level of proficiency in English among teachers, students, and the workforce through a three-point program that involves an information, awareness, and advocacy campaign.
