This group will be a virtual cooking class, similar to our previous cooking classes during STARS Summer Camp. More details will be posted here, including recipes and ingredient lists. This group will include the option for pick-up kits of ingredients prepared for different levels of challenge, with some kits including pre-cut or pre-cooked ingredients. These kits will be optional, as an ingredient list will also be provided if you would like to buy them on your own. Pricing and other details will be provided closer to the scheduled session.
Sign-ups for each group will be open until the Monday of that week to allow for planning time and distribution of meeting information.
Ingredients for Chicken Tortilla Soup lesson:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ cup diced onion
½ cup diced green pepper
1 tablespoon chili powder
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1 can (14 ounces) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 can (14 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
