IRLA LINK AND LEARN SESSION - The air (pollution) that we breathe

OVERVIEW

An introductory level workshop providing a learning opportunity for delegates to further their understanding of recent developments in the arena of air pollution and associated claims, and to develop a basic understanding of the liability issues likely to arise from increased usage of e-scooters by the general public.

TARGET AUDIENCE

The session is aimed at those with an interest in air pollution and the connection between the same and respiratory illnesses. The session also be of interest to

those with an interest in the emerging popularity of e-scooters and their increased prominence in society.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

By the end of the session, delegates will be able to:

• Display awareness of the main outcomes and implications related to air pollution which arose
