Introduction to Lean Six Sigma training gives students insight to the techniques of Lean, Six Sigma, its metrics, and basic improvement methodologies.
This training will give attendees the knowledge of how to begin to integrate Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for the improvement of processes to better meet customer expectations and bottom-line objectives of their organization.
Course Objectives
>Educate participants on the understanding of process improvement and supporting methods/skills
>Give participants the tools in LEAN in order to become a valuable player within an agency’s continuous improvement arena
Note that there will be a lunch period, so please plan accordingly.
