WLS is a unique conference that attracts a diverse group of women. Most of our attendees work within the healthcare insurance and benefits industry but we also welcome current and aspiring female leaders in other fields.

Our program is carefully curated to foster personal growth, leadership and self-awareness. WLS participants get a deeper sense of self, and tools to unleash their own unique magic once they return home equipped, empowered, engaged and ELLEVATED.

In the event a registered participant cannot attend, tickets may be transferred or held for the following year's event. Refunds are available through 02/28/2025, minus $50 cancellation fee.

Ellevate Foundation

At Ellevate Foundation, our purpose is to foster leadership by providing tools, resources and events for both existing and aspiring female leaders. Our annual Women's Leadership Summit is our flagship event where we gather each spring to share a special experience focused on leadership, empowerment and self-care. Proceeds help us fulfill our mission of providing financial grants for women to attend professional events. At its core, WLS strives to create an atmosphere that encourages relationship building, frank and open discussions, and most of all, an opportunity to learn and grow. Our 2025 event will continue to build on this heritage of uplifting both current and aspiring female leaders and we can't wait to see you in Las Vegas at the J.W. Marriott in 2025.
