2nd Annual Fat Boy Flip Flop .5K

The time of year to exercise is here!  Just think, you did it last year without breaking a sweat, and you can do it again this year!  We have added more stops along the route and more deals on tasty TIN ROOF BEER.  Everyone will be a winner in 2019! 

Join us for the Second Annual Fat Boy Flip Flop .5K !  Come indulge in your love of craft beer and flip flops on Friday February 22nd starting at 7p.m. and going on into the night.  Each racer will receive an entry packet containing an official Fat Boy Flip Flop .5K t-shirt and racing decal; drink special race card, wrist band and other awesome swag.  All will allow you to brag to your friends and loved ones that you  had the skill and endurance necessary to finish this grueling event. 

Stops along the route this year will include Kalurah Street Grill, Duvic’s, The Overpass Merchant, Ivars, Rock-n-Sake, Bum Steers, and Zippy’s Burritos, Tacos and more.

This year, the race will begin with a shotgun start at 7:00 p.m. with the racers selecting the establishment they wish to start.  They will then proceed from there at their own pace  along the route, finishing whenever and wherever they choose.  We have eliminated the  finish line and those pesky rules that other races have.   After this grueling event, when you wake the next day, undoubtedly you will feel the satisfaction of completing a race course that few have ever finished before.  For that, we salute you!
