Join 24/7 School of Real Estate and Chris Barnette live, on Zoom for the 75 hour NC real estate prelicensing course.
Students successfully completing the course and the end-of-course exam are eligible to take the state licensing exam. The North Carolina Real Estate Commission attendance guidelines apply to this course.
If you do not meet attendance requirements you will not be eligible to take the class exam.
The cost of the class is $425 and includes a digital copy of the textbook.
The exam will be administered on the last day of class via a third party proctor on your computer. The cost of one proctored attempt is included in the cost of the course. If you do not pass the exam on the first attempt, you will be charged $25 for one additional exam attempt.
Please Note: Class will not meet November 28, December 24, December 26, December 31 and January 2.
Class will meet from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm on Tuesday and Thursday on the dates below.
