Beyond his professional roles, Nick is dedicated to serving his community as a volunteer firefighter and EMT, with over six years of experience in emergency services. Nick is actively involved in the risk management community, serving on the Board of Directors for Upstate New York RIMS as the Director of Student Engagement. Greulich, originally from Walpole, Massachusetts, is a dedicated student pursuing a B.S. in Risk Management and Insurance at Le Moyne College's Madden School of Business, with an expected graduation in May 2026. As the Founder and President of the Le Moyne College Risk Management & Insurance Club (Gamma Iota Sigma), John actively promotes industry engagement and networking opportunities for fellow students. He also serves as a Student Liaison for the RIMS Upstate New York Chapter, fostering connections between students and industry professionals.
John gained hands-on experience as a Claims Intern at McNeil & Company, where he reviewed insurance claims and developed procedural outlines for Medicare reporting. Recognized for his academic and leadership excellence, John is a two-time recipient of the prestigious McNeil Academy Scholarship (2023 & 2024). He also had the pleasure of participating in a selective month-long college competition, working alongside mentors and advisors.
John's experiences, including traveling abroad for World Youth Day, have shaped his deep belief in the Jesuit principle of cura personalis, the care for the whole self. Jennifer leads on complex liability assessments for Marsh’s largest clients connecting risk to strategy.
Jennifer joined Marsh in 2019 after serving at JLT as a Senior Vice President in the Legal and Claims Practice. In that role, she provided legal and claims guidance for directors and officers liability, professional liability, cyber liability and other financial lines group matters. Jennifer also assisted clients with policy language, risk assessment and risk management.
Prior to JLT, Jennifer served as Senior Claim Counsel at CNA Financial, where she served as the management liability technical claims leader for CNA’s Management Liability, Financial Institutions, and Technology claims team and was responsible for managing high severity directors and officers, errors and omissions and fiduciary liability claims for large public and privately held corporations and financial institutions.
Jennifer began her career as securities litigation defense counsel. Jennifer practiced at Jenner & Block, where her practice involved defending public companies and financial institutions in securities class actions and regulatory investigations and advising boards of directors on internal investigations and regulatory issues.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame and her Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School.

Seeking to impact the next generation of RMI talent, Tandeka gained experience in the non-profit sector as the National Director of Chapter Engagement at Gamma Iota Sigma. She then worked as the Director of College Recruiting at Questpro Consultants, leading their early career hiring efforts. Today, Tandeka is the Director of External Engagement at Spencer Educational Foundation, a leading non-profit organization that supports the education of future Risk Management and Insurance professionals.
Tandeka has received several industry awards, including the 2024 Elite Women Award by Insurance Business America, the 2023 40 Under 40 by Georgia State University, the 2022 RISE Award (35 Under 35), the 2022 Rising Star, and the 2021 Emerging Leader Award.
