Boracay is a tropical paradise in the Philippines known for its white sandy beaches and vibrant nightlife. It offers a range of water sports activities and luxury resorts for tourists seeking relaxation and adventure.
Boracay has a rich history, initially inhabited by Ati tribes and later becoming a popular tourist destination in the 1970s. Its top attractions include White Beach, known for its powdery sand and stunning sunsets, as well as Bulabog Beach for water sports like kiteboarding and windsurfing. The island also boasts vibrant nightlife, with beachfront bars and restaurants catering to visitors from around the world.

Nov 27-28: Foreign guests arrive in Manila/Boracay. We can recommend accommodations if needed
Nov 28: Arrival in Boracay and check-in. Optional ½ day training in the afternoon. Welcome dinner in the evening.
Nov 29 - Dec 1: Training at official training area (exact location TBA)
Dec 1 - Final official training day & closing ceremony
Dec 2 - Conference ends. Optional ½ day training. Check out from the resort.

Participants are encouraged to register for the FULL CONFERENCE packages as this will grant them full access to the resort facilities. These packages also include the camp shirt and both the opening and closing ceremonies at the dinner locations. Those who are not able to attend the full conference have the option to select a la carte the DAY RATE options as desired. Further ADD ON options are available to all as well, like preordering your camp shirt at a more favorable price, attend one of the special dinner nights. DAY RATE: TRAINING ONLY
Per day option for 1 person, includes: Training fee only. Access to the resort facilities (gym, swimming pools, etc) is NOT included. Registrants must purchase one meal at the resort to gain entry. Bringing in food from outside the compound is not allowed. Camp shirts, Welcome Dinner and Closing Dinner can be purchased through one of the add on options. Please select the total number of days.
ADD ON: CAMP SHIRT
This add-on includes 1 Official Camp Shirt. Please select the total number of shirts.
ADD ON: Opening Night WELCOME DINNER
This add-on includes access to the Opening Night and Welcome Buffet at TBA on the 29th of November.
ADD-ON: Closing Ceremony
This add-on includes access to the Closing Ceremony and Awarding Night Buffet at TBA on the 1st of December.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Pricing brackets are organized per TIER. Fees will increase after the Early Bird Registration window and will gradually increase from Standard Rate to Last Minute Registration, At the Door Pay and After-Pay. Prices are subject to change without notice and based on availability of rooms.
CONFERENCE COSTS INCLUDE
3 nights at the official resort/s. Rooms will be shared with 1-2 persons (2-3 total per room). Private room can be arranged with additional cost.
Training Fees for minimum 2 full days of training and two half-days (arrival and departure days).

REGISTRATION COSTS WILL NOT INCLUDE
Transport to the Philippines and the resort from the airport. Contact us to request airport pick-up and drop-off (additional cost).
Optional day trips like boat trips and island adventures organized by the PTTA.
Travelers insurance, or any liability for property damage, lost or stolen property, or any personal injury that may occur during the conference.
Optional Room upgrades. Contact us to upgrade your registration to a private room (solo). Room upgrades are available on a first come first serve basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY
**All cancellations after May 15, 2024 will be assessed a cancellation fee based on the resort's room deposit policy. The training fee portion of registrations are 100% refundable with written notification of cancellation up to October 31, 2024. Cancellation on or after November 1, 2024 will be assessed a 50% penalty of training fees.
