Announcement 3/1/23: Teacher Recommendation Now Required
Good news! We are now able to provide this camp at no-cost to students this year! In order to do this, we now require a recommendation from a teacher. Please provide a teacher's email address on the registration form; you will receive a confirmation once the teacher approval process is complete.
2023 CAMP DETAILS
Welcome to NW Cyber Camp 2023, a summer cybersecurity camp taking place from July 24 to July 28 at Oregon State University in Corvallis, Mt. Hood Community College in Gresham, and Portland Community College (Sylvania Campus) in Portland.
Our mission is to provide high school students with a comprehensive introduction to the rapidly growing field of cybersecurity. With hands-on learning experiences, industry guest speakers, and expert instructors, we believe that NW Cyber Camp 2023 will be a valuable experience for participants with no prior cybersecurity experience.
We are proud to offer Girls-Only classes at Mt. Hood and Portland Community College to help encourage and support female students interested in cybersecurity. These classes are led by women and include expert women guest speakers.
Additionally, the camp includes an evening, industry-led banquet at Portland Community College (Sylvania Campus) organized in collaboration with the Technology Association of Oregon, providing an excellent opportunity to meet with cybersecurity companies, learn about academic opportunities and careers.
