All non-shooters interested in either hiking the courses, photograph the event, or just watch the fun are invited to attend. Make sure to follow all rules, signage, and walk the courses in the same direction as shooters. Must check in at event registration to sign waiver.

The CAC is a non-profit, family-oriented organization with a mission to provide an opportunity for archers of all levels and interests in an effort to share our love of the sport whether it is with ethical hunting or with fun or competitive target shooting. Each sponsor no matter the size will be advertised on our website and all social media. All sponsors will also be advertised at event.

Cody Archery Club is excited for another great year hosting Wyoming's largest mountain 3D archery weekend at the beautiful K Bar Z Guest Ranch in Crandall, Wyoming. Join us for a family friendly weekend filled with archery, family, friends, and fresh mountain air. Shooting stakes for all ages, styles, and skill levels. Two courses (North & South), each with 30 targets. Shoot 30 targets each day, for a combined 60 target two day total. 

Two Day Total top scores will be rewarded with cash payouts for adult divisions.

Overall Top Shooter rewarded for one man and one woman with big winnings! 

There will not be awards for one day Adult divisions. We encourage you to shoot both days! 

Young Adult, Youth, Cub and Peewee divisions will be awarded prizes both days.

Friday Schedule:

9:00AM - COURSE SET UP - volunteers needed

5:00 - 7:00PM - Pre Registeration Check In

Novelty Poker Shoot 6:30PM

  • $10 Entry Fee

  • Register Friday before 6:00PM

  • Bracket style shoot off

Saturday Schedule:

7:00AM - 11:00AM - REGISTRATION

Pick up score cards, sign waivers, check in, etc.

7:00AM - 6:00PM - COURSES OPEN

2:30PM - NOVELTY SHOOTS START
All novelty shoots will have either prizes or cash payouts.

Sunday Schedule:

7:00AM - 7:30AM - REGISTRATION & TARGET ASSIGNMENT

Sunday morning, your shooting group will be assigned a target to start at. You must then hike out to your target and be ready to shoot by 8:00AM. Everyone starts at the same time, so you must arrive on time to be guaranteed a shooting slot. Shooting groups are limited to 6 people but are not assigned by CAC. You decide your own group. Larger groups, please allow smaller groups to shoot through.

MODIFIED BOWHUNTER: MOVEABLE SIGHT, 15" OR LESS FRONT STABILIZER, REAR STABILIZER ALLOWED, NO MAGNIFICATION

BOWHUNTER: MAXIMUM OF 7 FIXED PINS, NO MOVING OR ADJUSTING OF SIGHT, 12" OR LESS FRONT STABILIZER, REAR STABILIZER ALLOWED

TRADITIONAL: RECURVE OR LONGBOW, NO SIGHTS, NO MECHANICAL RELEASE AID
