Registrant Will Conduct Fundraising Project and Participate in Wrap-Up Events

Target Audience: Grades K-12, College and University, Libraries

Requirements for Participation: Schools and libraries can join from anywhere in the world using either their standard H.323 videoconference endpoints or via a simple web browser using Blue Jeans interactive video collaboration tool available for free to project registrants via KINBER. Celebrating the idea that just one kid can make a difference, this two week standards-based program enagages schools and libraries from around the world to hold their own lemonade stands - ranging from one stand to a series throughout the period - to help raise funds for pediatric cancer.
Participants will communicate and interact with one another through the project blog, student-created videos, optional contests, and special videoconference events!Learn more about the inspirational story of pediatric cancer patient Alexandra "Alex" Scott and the organization she inspired, Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation.
