THIS IS A FULL DAY EVENT!!!
Hiring companies will pitch their job openings, then conduct screening and networking sessions with members of Virginia’s military community in a group, round-table format. Unlike traditional job fairs where candidates circulate around employer booths, this event turns the tables, allowing employers to go from table to table at timed intervals getting to know each group of pre-screened attendees. Event coordinators will also work with employers to match their job postings to candidates, and work with candidates to match them to employers!
