Freshmen Business Students:
Fact: You must see an advisor before you can register for the Spring Semester.
Reason: To receive correct and helpful information to help you choose classes for the Spring semester, to answer any advising and registration questions you may have, and to GET YOUR ALTERNATE PIN so you can register.
Fact: Registration for Spring is schedule to begin on November 14th. Freshmen will register approximately 4-5 days after the first day of advising. (You will be notified of your “priority date.”)
Fact: You will NEED your ALTERNATE PIN to REGISTER on your priority registration date.
The Feliciano School of Business has made “getting advised” easier than ever!
We are now offering Group Advising Workshops – you only have to attend one – and you will receive your ALTERNATE PIN so you can register.
To attend a workshop, you must:
1. RSVP for a Workshop.
2. Print our your Academic Analysis from your NEST account and bring it with you to the workshop. *If you do not have your Academic Analysis with you – you cannot attend the workshop.
3. Optional – bring your laptop if you’d like to follow along.
You do NOT have to meet with your faculty advisor also. This Workshop will replace the one on one advising meeting.
