If you don\u2019t have one, create a new <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eventzilla.net\">Eventzilla<\/a> account. It is free to create an account and list your event. We only <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventzilla.net\/en\/pricing\">charge a service fee<\/a>, when someone registers for your event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2:<\/strong><br \/>\nNext, create an event page for your conference. It takes less than 5 minutes to create your event page with date, venue, description and registration types.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventzilla.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Screen-Shot-2017-11-02-at-3.40.04-PM.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1345 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eventzilla.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Screen-Shot-2017-11-02-at-3.40.04-PM-1024x852.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"770\" height=\"641\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong><br \/>\nTo publish the agenda for the meeting or conference, click on the \u201cManage Schedules\u201d on the left navigation.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventzilla.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Screen-Shot-2017-11-02-at-3.12.41-PM.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1344 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eventzilla.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Screen-Shot-2017-11-02-at-3.12.41-PM-1024x914.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"770\" height=\"687\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Click on \u201cAdd new session\u201d button<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Enter the session details. It includes selecting a date, time, title, description, location, track(if applicable) and speaker information.<br \/>\nIf you plan on limiting the seats for your session, you can set the number of seats available and even set a price to attend individual sessions. Click on save button to add the session.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventzilla.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Screen-Shot-2017-11-02-at-3.13.18-PM.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1342 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eventzilla.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Screen-Shot-2017-11-02-at-3.13.18-PM-593x1024.png\" alt=\"Conference agenda builder software\" width=\"593\" height=\"1024\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Repeat this task until you complete adding information about all your sessions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventzilla.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Screen-Shot-2017-11-02-at-3.47.34-PM.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1347 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eventzilla.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Screen-Shot-2017-11-02-at-3.47.34-PM-1024x784.png\" alt=\"create event schedule\" width=\"770\" height=\"590\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Attendee Experience<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>(Viewing and Registering for Sessions)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On the event page, your event attendees will see the schedule with information as shown below.<\/p>\n<p>If you require event attendees to register for sessions, it will be presented on the registration page and have attendees select and pay(if applicable).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventzilla.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Screen-Shot-2017-11-02-at-3.30.24-PM.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1343 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eventzilla.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Screen-Shot-2017-11-02-at-3.30.24-PM-1024x689.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"770\" height=\"518\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The user can select and register for sessions on any track.
