This is a trip to the Colorado Denver area to climb at crags on the Colorado front range, including Staunton State Park, Eldorado Springs Canyon, and Devil's Head.
We will leave in a van from Rox at noon on Saturday June 29 and return to Rox late in the evening on Saturday July 6. We will camp on the road driving each way and at beautiful Staunton State Park about 40 minutes from Denver during the week. We will climb 4 days at area crags and spend 1 day relaxing.
This trip is open to all youth climbers at Memphis Rox who are at least 13 years old. The trip will be led by Hal Roberts and another adult chaperone.
As with all MOCS trips, this trip will be run on a pay what you can basis, with a suggested donation of $500 to cover all transportation, camping, food, and climbing for the week.
