For Sale by Owner and Expired listings are the ‘low hanging fruit’ of your business opportunities. In this Next Level series, we will build on the strategies introduced in February and March workshops and take prospecting this group to a whole new level! For Expired listings, you will learn how to analyze the MLS data and use it to develop a winning approach. For the “unrepresented seller,” aka FSBO, you will walk away with material you can use to win over this unsuspecting do-it-yourselfer. This advanced level workshop includes both lecture and group brainstorm, and is intended for those agents committed to actively and regularly working this group of seller prospects.

We have arranged to have Meryl Mosack put together and deliver this workshop to us. Meryl has been in the real estate industry since 2002, starting out as a salesperson then Broker Associate, and then became a trainer. She was our Director of Training for business skills programs from 2008-2011, when she had to relocate to the Syracuse area for her husband’s work. She has continued to train and coach real estate agents there, and we are fortunate to have her back to lead this program!
