Hi Mamas!
Come enjoy a 30min yoga class in the park! Roxie will lead us in a yoga flow in the park. Bring your yoga mats and water! We'll find some shade near the pavilion at Cherry Park.
This class will be perfect for those who are still expecting! Have your baby earthside already? Bring your babes in the stroller (or use this as an excuse to get out of the house solo)! Snacks/water/toys for the kiddos encouraged.
After yoga, we will walk around the park and enjoy some playground time!
Roxie teaches yoga regularly at Intrepid Bodyworks Thornton (10am Tue/Fri). The classes are super affordable at only $15 per class. She also offers private yoga classes, too.
