10:00 AM - Warm-up and Mobility with trainers from Rejuvenation Fitness Group.
10:30 AM - Let the games begin !
01:00 PM - Lunch, Beer & Cocktails
> Teams will compete at indoor Badminton, Table Tennis and Squash.
> Members are urged to invite their spouses to register and participate .
> Kids are welcome and a movie will screened for them.
> Lunch is sponsored by V Club. Beer and Cocktails chargeable as per consumption
