His approach to hospitality-driven operations helped grow a new location to 10+ turns per day within its first year, without traditional marketing.
Waleed co-founded the Laundry CEO Forum, the national gathering for owners, operators, and investors in the laundry industry, and publishes Wash Weekly, a weekly publication for laundry operators who want to out-think, not just out-work, their market. He speaks at industry events across the country on client loyalty, differentiation, and operating a laundry business at a high level.
