In changing markets, your ability to write a clean, concise contract that reduces undesired contingencies and includes smart dates and deadlines can be the difference in getting your offer accepted and your clients under contract. 

Writing Killer Contracts looks at how to reduce common contract issues and improve the likelihood that your offer is the one the seller accepts! This hands-on session will include completing a Contract to Buy and Sell and working in teams to present the offer to a pretend buyer/seller.

 This class provides 4 CE credits for those with active Colorado real estate licenses.

I have been a professional trainer in the high tech, higher education and real estate industries for over 20 years. As the Director of Colorado Pre-Licensing for American Dream Real Estate Schools, I develop curriculum and provide pre-licensing and continuing education instruction to potential and current real estate professionals.  I was also a former Kaplan Professional Schools instructor. 

 

I served as Productivity Coach for Keller Williams Partners in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and was a Certified Market Center Instructor there in 2009.

 

I have been a REALTOR(r) since 2004, specializing in residential real estate in Colorado Springs and eastern El Paso County, and am a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE). As the Employing Broker/Owner of my own real estate company from 2009 - 2015, I oversaw training and mentoring for my agents. I am currently the Employing Broker at CENTURY 21 Top Realty Group in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and utilize the same high-quality coaching and mentoring program I offer through SuccessfullyU to help these new agents start their new careers off on the right foot.
