Join us for a free interactive training session designed to support employers in fostering inclusion and addressing inequities within the workplace. This workshop fulfills a part of the Simcoe County Local Immigration Partnership Workplace Inclusion Charter by equipping participants with the language, tools, and strategies to create welcoming environments for all employees. 

Through discussion and reflection, participants will:

  • Learn the benefits of embracing diversity in workplace culture
  • Examine beliefs and behaviors that impact inclusion
  • Gain language and tools to recognize and respond to bias and discrimination
  • Identify challenges their organization is currently facing that create barriers to equity and inclusion
  • Explore best practices and strategies to implement sustainable equitable practices.
