Women's self defense system Seminar .  Teaching not just a few simple techniques but the mentality and confidence knowing when and  how  use  techniques. To read Social Situations ,interactions and body language to possibly keep yourself from getting into any violent situations.

After January's first two dates. This will be a regular class every two weeks at IronLife Athletics on Saturdays. 

 

Aaron Conway

Aaron "Coringa" Conway father of two toddlers , has been a trainer for over 15 years. Ranging from Boxing ,wrestling Grappling and Strength training. Professional Fighter , Brazilian jiu-jitsu blackbelt for over 10years. 2021 Sumo national champion. Over the years Aaron has worked with swat teams to defend themselves properly while breaching criminal situations with hand to hand control movements ,female professional and amateur fighters and classic women's self-awareness/defense classes.
