Women's Empowerment 2024: PLAY FULL OUT!

TLRH and ACDN will host Smart & Sexy 2024: Play Full Out - A Women's Empowerment Conference on March 16, 2024.  The event will take place at the Kirkwood Adams Community Center, Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina!  Mark your calendar and get ready for an empowering day!

Dr. Stephanie Hampton Credle is the host of Women's Empowerment 2024: Play Full Out.  She is a forward-thinking author, speaker, and coach with over 30 years of experience as a federal Equal Employment Opportunity Director and Diversity leader.  She is the founder and CEO of Transforming Lives & Restoring Hope. Inc.

Dr. Marcia Credle, SPEAKER – MENTOR – AUTHOR – LIFE COACH is a recognized figure on the topic of women’s empowerment. Speaking from a platform of her own experiences, she has made it her mission to inspire people to be the best version of themselves possible by sharing her story of triumph through perseverance and resilience. A voice for the voiceless, Marcia consistently navigates the sensibilities and effects of the lack of authentic support with people who may need assistance in navigating this thing called life.

After having experienced one of Dr. Marcia’s signature talks and or CW Talks with Credle Inspired Enterprises, many walk away with renewed confidence and vigor knowing that they too, can overcome various situations and can walk in their destiny with a renewed sense of purpose and support. Dr. Marcia is a firm believer that to whom much is given much is required. Marcia stresses the importance of education and does everything she can to encourage people to pursue academic endeavors. Born and raised in New Bern, NC, Marcia has lived in VA, MD, IL, and is currently in metro Atlanta. When she’s not crusading for others, she loves spending time with her husband, daughter, family, friends, her Delta Sigma Theta Sorority sisters, cooking, and traveling. Whether a mom, educator, mentor, or friend, you couldn’t ask for a better champion in the lives of people. 

Regina Burden currently serves as the Student Affairs Administrator at Alabama A&M University, in Huntsville, Alabama.  She has an indelible reputation for possessing a strong commitment to the development of students and staff and providing a stimulating, safe, and motivating learning environment.  Regina is a certified coach with The John Maxwell Team, and is passionate about building and motivating leaders at all levels.  She is a  visionary leader who has an uncanny knack for mining potential and inspiring you to launch out courageously to pursue your purpose!

Mary Catherine Carroll-Robertson was born and educated in North Carolina. Mary earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services and a minor in sociology at Elon University in Elon College, North Carolina. Mary was a member of the New Jersey Child Welfare Transformation Team to overhaul the state's child welfare practices. Mary is a professionally trained child welfare manager in New Jersey’s Department of Children and Families. Mary is a 2014 graduate of Rutgers University Domestic Violence Certificate Program.

Mary held over 16 positions in New Jersey's Department of Children and Families (DCF). She began her career in child welfare with the Division of Youth and Family Services (DYFS).  Her work with families is based on years of personal resilience.  Her powerful story will assure you that can overcome the odds and challenges you face on your way to purpose!

Ms. April Jarrett is the CEO and Founder of Beloved Empowers, a faith-based community for women of faith.  Her challenge to women is to "faith it together!"  Do you have a circle of sisters who have your back?  April has a surefire way to connect and to assure you are on the right team!
