Ingrid Taylor serves as CEO for the United Way for Greater Austin and brings a highly organized and enthusiastic manner to her work, which over the span of her career has included positions as an elected school board trustee as well as senior leadership roles in health and educational non-profit organizations.

Taylor’s extensive experience includes more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership with roles at Ascension Texas and The University of Texas at Austin, as well as the Texas Comptroller’s Office and the United States Senate. She also served as an elected member of the Austin Independent School District Board of Trustees for four years. 

Taylor has degrees from The University of Texas at Austin LBJ School of Public Affairs and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has lived in Austin for 30 years with her husband, James S. Taylor and two grown children, both of whom also live in Austin.

Wendy Rogers is the CEO and Chief Talent Officer of LPA Design Studios, an integrated design firm that was recently recognized with the American Institute of Architect’s (AIA) 2025 Architecture Firm Award, the industry’s highest honor. Under her leadership, LPA has cultivated a “No Excuses” culture of shared responsibility around an informed design process that was praised by the AIA as “a trailblazer in sustainable, high-performance architecture."

Wendy started her career as an intern at LPA and was named Chief Executive Officer in 2017. Today, she leads more than 500 architects, engineers, landscape architects and interior designers focused on addressing the biggest issues of our time. Her leadership is redefining what is possible in the built environment through collaboration, research and high-performance design. She has helped build a new model for designing facilities, making sustainability, equity and performance the foundation of every project.

LPA has been an active participant in Austin’s growth for many years, including the design of General Marshall Middle School in Mueller and the current redevelopment of Pflugerville city hall. Earlier this year, LPA opened an Austin studio, its seventh studio and third in Texas.
