  • Zinfandel – 7 Deadly Zins (Lodi, CA) paired with Dark Chocolate Almonds: Bold, jammy fruit and peppery spice balanced by rich cocoa.
  • Vinho Verde – Twin Vines (Portugal) paired with Cheesecake Bites: Refreshing citrus spritz cuts through creamy indulgence.
  • Chardonnay – Little Penguin (Australia) paired with Milk Chocolate Caramels: Tropical fruit and vanilla notes complement caramel’s sweetness.
  • Port – San Antonio Cardinale (California) paired with Milk Chocolate Pecans: Nutty, fruit-forward richness meets smooth chocolate.
  • Rosé – Vino Rosé (Washington State) paired with Macarons: Guava, apricot, and honeysuckle harmonize with delicate, colorful confections.

Charley Creek Inn is a luxury hotel in downtown Wabash. Originally built in 1920, the hotel underwent an extensive two-year renovation, which was completed in 2010. The Inn is a recipient of the Indiana Landmarks Cook Cup and the State of Indiana’s Outstanding Commercial Rehabilitation Award.
