No refunds will be given except in the event of cancellation of the day before of the event. If you cancel the same day of the event, your refund will be denied automatically.
It is your responsibility to check upon receipt of your tickets, that you have tickets for the correct event, date and exactly time. (If you arrive one hour later, automatically we will not let you in)
"CODE OF CONDUCT"
The Event maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy. Violence, threats, disrespect and irresponsible drinking will NOT be tolerated at all. There will be no warnings and no second chances. If you violate Code of Conduct you will be removed from the event without refund and NOT allowed back in the future.
The event maintains a well-organized, trained security staff for your peace of mind and assistance.
Drinking outside the event or in vehicles is prohibited. Anyone who is intoxicated will NOT be allowed into the event. Drinking in line is not allowed. Drugs are an immediate cause for removal from the event or refusal to enter.
We reserve the right of admission.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes, You must bring Photo ID or Driver License to verify your age, and we need to verify if your name match with our guest list (YOU MUST BE OLDER THAN 18 YEARS).
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Taxi Cab, Your Own Car or Train./ We offering parking behind the house or you can just park in the street.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Just bring yoursef. The only thing you can bring is your own aromas (poppers), or if you dont' have one, you can just add it to the cart when you buy your ticket. And when you arrive here, you will get your aroma selected. (You must provide the printed ticket). You can't bring any kind drugs to the event, otherwise you will be rejected or removed without refund.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
No.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, Absolutely! That is your proof of payment. Otherwise you can't come inside. Automatically you lose your money. (See refund policy).
