A Feel-Good Fundraiser Workshop

This July, join me for a special edition of Wild Drinks, where you’ll learn to craft delicious, alcohol-free beverages that nourish your body and uplift your spirit—while supporting an important cause.

Whether you're participating in Dry July, supporting someone who is, or just looking to reduce alcohol and feel better doing it, this workshop is packed with inspiration and flavour.

Why This Workshop Matters

This isn’t just about healthy drinks—it’s about giving back.

I’m donating my time for this fundraiser, and thanks to a specially reduced rate, a minimum of $50 from every ticket sold will go directly to Cancer Wellness Support, helping fund subsidised therapies for people living with cancer and their families.

Cancellation policy

Please note that this is a special fundraiser event and all ticket sales are final. As this workshop is being run at a reduced rate with all profits donated to Cancer Wellness Support, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind or non-attendance.

If you’re unable to attend, your ticket can be transferred to someone else—just email candace.coughlan@gmail.com with the new attendee’s name at preferably 24 hours prior to the event.

Candace Coughlan is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, fermentation educator, and founder of Wild Health Hub—a wellness space dedicated to reconnecting people with food as medicine, gut health, and seasonal living. With over 30 years’ experience in holistic health and culinary nutrition, Candace specialises in helping individuals take simple, sustainable steps toward vibrant health—without the overwhelm. She runs hands-on workshops across the Blue Mountains and beyond, blending ancient traditions with modern science, and is known for her down-to-earth, empowering approach. The Wild Drinks series was born from her passion for gut-friendly living and her love of creating drinks that both taste good and do good. This special Dry July edition is close to Candace’s heart, with all profits supporting Cancer Wellness Support. Cancer Wellness Support is a not-for-profit organisation providing affordable, holistic therapies and support to people living with cancer and their families across the Blue Mountains and Nepean regions. For 20 years, they’ve offered a compassionate, community-based model of care that bridges conventional treatment with wellness therapies—like oncology massage, counselling, nutrition, acupuncture, lymphatic support, and more.
