GAIN REAL-WORLD FIELD EXPERIENCE! We emphasis field-work....but first we teach you the essential theory in an easy to understand method. Then we head to the field for hands-on, real-world, field-work. This combination of class & field allows you to immediately apply what you have learned and assures that you'll have a keen understanding of the entire wetland delineation process. This is not a biology class. This is a delineation course.

NOTE: Wetland Boot Camp is a wetland delineation class, not a biology class. True, wetlands are an important natural feature, but we won’t be discussing that much. We teach you how to delineate a wetland, using the mandatory ACOE guidance, for the purposes of applying for environmental permitting (Local, State, and Federal).

Gain Real-World, Field-Experience!
A major portion of this course is ‘field training’; in the woods, for short walks, on sloped and wet terrain. You are attending this course at your own risk; albeit a small risk. We do our best to pick field locations that are easily accessible with little to no effort required. Still, on the first day we ask that you sign a hold-harmless document for all field work and traveling to the locations.
