Become immersed in this ancient tradition of working wool fibre with soap and water to make cloth. You will not believe how something that sounds so simple and basic can lead to the creation of garments that are so pleasing to the senses. Zoe will teach you to layer your fibre in such a way as to create a continuous circle. Using finest Merino wool for a sumptuous softness next to your skin your cowl may also be embellished with a selection of exotic fibres such as but perhaps not limited to silk, alpaca, camel, and yak. Natural colours and/or beautifully bright dyes are sure to stimulate your creativity and lead to your cowl’s own unique beauty. The cowl, depending on the size you choose, may be draped across your head or worn around your neck.
