BEHIND THE SCENES AT BRITISH AIRWAYS
Event Introduction
Join us on 29 August 2025 as we go behind the scenes at the British Airways Head Office, Waterside!
In this exclusive event jointly organised by the RAeS Heathrow Branch and British Airways, we will showcase to you the history of the airline, its live operations and crisis management centres! You will also have the opportunity to meet with BA’s Emerging Talent team, showcasing the latest opportunities available for you, including apprenticeships, internships, and graduate schemes!

ELIGIBILITY:
- This event is reserved exclusively for RAeS members aged between 16 and 22 years old who reside within a 25-mile radius of Heathrow Airport.
- Individuals who are not members of the Society will be eligible to register for this event if they are currently in full-time education and have an interest in joining the aviation industry. They can join the Society for a free student membership, visit www.aerosoceity.com for information.
- Participants aged 16 or 17 must sign a waiver of consent from a legal guardian that approves the visit.

Note for Registration
Thanks for registering via our Eventzilla site.
Please select the relevant ticket option and the number of tickets you would like. The registration process will ask for both register and attendee details - even if there is only one person on the booking, you must fill in all fields.
Please note, for security reasons, you must register the names of attendees matching the photographic ID (Passport, Driving License, Residence Permit, etc.)
Once successfully registered, a booking CONFIRMATION will be automatically emailed to you, and we will also email you a JOINING INSTRUCTION that contains directions to and parking information at British Airways HQ Waterside closer to the event date.
Please note that we cannot accept last-minute registration. We may close the registration early if the event becomes oversubscribed. In all circumstances, we will close the registration four days prior to the event for security and/or administration purposes.
