Virtual Best Ride: using Zoom meeting

Virtual Best Ride includes Communication, Customer Service, Conflict Resolution, Understanding the Needs of your Riders, People First Language, Assisting Riders with Mobility Differences and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Virtual Best Ride is offered without Securement is a 4 hour classroom course designed for drivers who are not operating a ramp or lift equipped vehicle. 

 For those who need SECUREMENT training, please sign-up for our additional online course offering of RTAP's Wheelchair securement and Lift, which we will be using during the interim.

You will be contacted by Ride Connection's training department at a later date to set-up in-person securement training,
