Virtual Best Ride: using Zoom meeting

Virtual Best Ride  includes Communication, Customer Service, Conflict Resolution, Understanding the Needs of your Riders, People First Language, Assisting Riders with Mobility Differences and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Virtual Best Ride offers two options:  With Securement and Without Securement,  and is a 4 hour virtual class. 

Please note:  if you sign up for the class With Securement class, you will be sent information about how to complete online training via the National Rural Transportation Assistance Program (RTAP) after completing your 4 hour Virtual Best Ride course.
