Oak Leaf supporters are helping us create media campaigns tying veterans testimonials on the impact of cannabis into the national effort to end cannabis prohibition.
Eagle supporters are helping us identify, organize, and train veterans in critical Congressional districts and states to speak up about what cannabis has done for them, and make sure their voices are heard on Capitol Hill.
Star supporters sustain our advocacy, education, and organizing efforts and greatly help us in our goal of being the persistent and professional organization needed to bring fair and equitable changes in federal law.

Berkeley Patients Group Corporate Office, 1440 4th St, Berkeley, CA, 94710, United States.
Thanks to the generosity of the Berkeley Patients Group, and with the support of Operation E*V*A*C, the Veterans Cannabis Coalition (VCC) is having its first fundraiser in order to help build a sustainable organization that can meet the challenge of ending cannabis prohibition. Come join us for a catered reception and a short presentation by VCC's founder, Eric Goepel.
Fresh off playing a part in the historic advancement of H.R.5520, the VA Medicinal Cannabis Research Act, and creating a council of veteran advocates across the nation, the Veterans Cannabis Coalition is looking to expand operations this summer and fall. We will be persuing a 'grasstops' strategy of identifying, organizing, and training veteran leaders in key states to effectively engage, and hold accountable, their elected representatives while spreading the message that cannabis is helping veterans deal with their injuries where other options have failed. In conjunction, we will be building a media campaign around the stories of veterans who medicate with cannabis, the challenges they face, and how citizens can get involved.
We have an ambitious schedule ahead of us, and we could use your help in funding these efforts. This is intended as an organizing, communications/media, and federal advocacy push before the mid-terms to give us the most favorable odds of passing the VA Medicinal Cannabis Research Act this year. There is an opportunity to get the first piece of cannabis reform legislation in U.S. history on the books, and we aim to do everything we can to make that happen.

The Veterans Cannabis Coalition is a non-profit advocacy group based in Washington, D.C. focused on bringing veterans equal access to cannabis, eliminating stigma and sanctions associated with its use, and to get VA funded, researched, and developed cannabis-based medications into the pharmacy system. To that end we work on supporting legislation in Congress, organizing veterans in key Congressional districts and battleground states to petition their elected representatives, and educate lawmakers and the general public.
