Brian has been a leader in the laundromat industry for more than 32 years. His role at CLA gives him the opportunity to teach potential investors about the business and to help laundromat owners become more successful. Brian's passion is the work of the LaundryCares Foundation which leverages the reach and proximity to need of laundromats to deliver early childhood and literacy support in the neighborhoods needing the most help.

Beyond his professional work, Trey explores the intersection of technology and art through his project Ä$CII IIC$Ä, blending AI with traditional artistry to push creative boundaries. A graduate of Wilmington University and Delaware Technical & Community College, he is always seeking new learning opportunities and connections in the evolving tech landscape.

Using AI and Technology for Laundromat Marketing

Dane Kool is the Technical Support Manager for Dexter Laundry, having stepped into the role in November 2024 after joining the team as a Technical Support Specialist in April 2023. Dane brings a diverse background, including three years in manufacturing operations, five years in commercial construction, and four years in supply chain logistics within the crude oil industry. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurial Studies from South Dakota State University.

 

A proud Fairfield, Iowa native, Dane and his wife returned to their hometown in 2020 to raise their three children. When he’s not at work, you’ll find Dane and his family enjoying time on the golf course or supporting the local high school wrestling team, where he also serves as a coach.
