This course provides healthcare professionals with the knowledge and practical skills to assess, manage, and support women with genital prolapse. It covers the anatomy of the female genital tract, causes and symptoms of prolapse, and the types, fitting, and management of ring pessaries through hands-on practice using a manikin. Participants will learn to identify and troubleshoot common pessary-related problems, understand the role of Hormone Replacement Therapy in genital tract health, and effectively explain gynaecological surgical options to women.
