Two Day Basic CLEAN Training (Academy)

The CLEAN Administrative Section will be providing a CLEAN Basic Operator training class, this class will detail how an operator can successfully navigate around the new portal,  learn short cuts which will speed up a user’s production in the Portal, and go into detail on how to make a successful entry, modification, supplementation, clear or cancelation of a transaction.  The operators will have hands on experience in sending CLEAN messages, making and modifying CLEAN entries in the wanted and missing person files as well has how to successfully run Penndot transactions.  The users will also be instructed on many of the new features of the CLEAN portal. 

This is a two day course scheduled for March 30, 2017 and March 31, 2017 The first day starts at 0900 and will conclude at 1600.  The second day starts at 0900 and ends at 1200 hours. 

Class participants must attend both days.
