  • Kickoff Party: 4PM-10PM
  • Voice Actors 5PM-9PM

Saturday:

  • Trading Card Con: 10AM-7PM
  • Vendor & VIP Trade Night: 7PM-12AM
  • Voice Actors 10AM-6PM

Sunday:

  • Vendor Appreciation Breakfast: 9AM-10AM
  • Trading Card Con: 10AM-6PM
  • Voice Actors 10AM-6PM

Table Dimensions- Standard 6 ft Table (72" x 30")

 

Every vendor will receive a Trading Card Con T-Shirt at check-in

 

Exhibitor Table Rates:

Basic Tables are $350 each which include all three days and come with the following Perks:

  • 2 Vendor Badges
  • 2 Drink Tickets total (Redeemable at any time during event)
  • Entry to Sunday Vendor Appreciation Breakfast

 

Different Tiers of Sponsorships are available:

Basic Sponsorships are $1100 and include the following benefits:

  • 4 tables with 8 Vendor badges
  • 8 Drink Tickets Total (Redeemable at any time during event)
  • Entry to Sunday Vendor Appreciation Breakfast
  • Your logo included in all event marketing and advertising (Logo must be received one week prior to event to qualify)

 

VIP Sponsorships are $1500 and include the following benefits:

  • 5 tables with 10 badges
  • 10 Drink Tickets total (Redeemable at any time during event) 
  • Entry to Sunday Vendor Appreciation Breakfast
  • Your logo included in all event marketing and advertising. (Logo must be received one week prior to event to qualify) 

 

Presenting Sponsorships are $2500 and include the following benefits:

  • 10 tables with 20 Vendor badges
  • 20 Drink Tickets total (Redeemable at any time during event)
  • Entry to Sunday Vendor Appreciation Breakfast
  • Your logo included in all event marketing and advertising. (Logo must be received one week prior to event to qualify)
