- Vendor Registration & Set up: Starts at 1PM

- Trading Card Fest: 11AM-6PM
- Trade Night: 6:30PM
- VIP access 10:30AM-11AM

Sunday:

Admissions
- Adult Admission $15
- Kids 12 and under are FREE with paid adult
- FREE Pokémon tote bag to the first attendees each day while supplies last
VIP Early Access Pass
- $25 (Includes Both Days)
- Early access starting at 10:30AM
- Trade Night starting at 6:30PM Saturday
- Premium gift to the first VIP attendees through the door on Saturday while supplies last
- Kids 12 and under are FREE with paid adult

Includes:
- 3 tables and chairs
- 6 Vendor badges
- Your logo included on social media vendor spotlight posts (Logo must be received one week prior to event to qualify)
- This package saves $25 per table
Gold Package $1,250
8 packages available
Includes:
- 5 tables with chairs
- 10 Vendor badges
- Your logo included on social media vendor spotlight posts (Logo must be received one week prior to event to qualify)
- Eligible to request electricity and table placement
- Eligible to request early set-up
- This package saves $50 per table
𝗧𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧:
- Gold Package vendors are placed first in prime locations near entrance. They are placed in the order in which they have registered.
- Vendors with 2-4 tables will be placed after Gold Package vendors, in the order in which they have registered.
- Single table vendors will select their table placement from the remaining tables following vendors with 2+ tables at check-in, in the order in which they have checked in.
Setup instructions
- Setup instructions will go out by end of day TUESDAY the week of the event via email and text.
- Please be sure to check your spam folder as well
Additional Vendor Badges are available
- $25 for weekend
- Can be purchased at Check-in
