As an EDS Volunteer, you may be requested to assist with feeding operations. If you plan on assisting EDS in preparing meals on a Local, State, or National disaster, then this training program IS A MUST HAVE, in fact it's A REQUIREMENT!

ServSafe is administered by the National Restaurant Association. We understand the importance of our program in teaching and certifying responsible food service measures.

We stay on top of the various and changing regulatory requirements for every state and ensure that our certification will meet any food handler training need.

The ServSafe Food Safety Training program leads the way in providing current and comprehensive educational materials to the restaurant industry. More than 4 million foodservice professionals have been certified through the ServSafe Certification Exam, which is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Conference for Food Protection (CFP). ServSafe training and certification is recognized by more federal, state, and local jurisdictions than any other food safety certification.
