You have been invited to attend "Living our Values" on October 17, 2017 from 7am - 1:00pm at the Connecticut Convention Center, 100 Columbus Boulevard, Hartford, CT.  This is a mandatory session for all leaders within Trinity Health Of New England.  This will be an exciting day where leaders will receive an update on the strategic direction of Trinity Health Of New England by Christopher Dadlez and be led through an exercise that promotes the mission and values of our organization.  The day promises to be engaging and purposeful, and we hope to provide inspiration as we continue to become one system.

 

The agenda for the day is as follows:

 

7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.       Registration and Breakfast – We will encourage people to arrive and network with colleagues.  Breakfast foods will be

                                                                  served, we encourage you to come and spend time meeting others.   We will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m.

 

8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.      The Vision and Direction of Trinity Health Of New England  – Christopher M. Dadlez, President and CEO

 

9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.     Living our Values – Leaders will be taking through an experience that will consistent of dialogue and reflection about who we

                                                                   are as an organization and how we live the values which reflect our mission.  There will be over 60 tables and participants

                                                                   will have an opportunity to interact and network with leaders across the region.

 

        12:00 p.m. – 12:45 p.m.  “What is in a Name”  - Steve Surprenant of Trinity Health will lead us in a reflective exercise focused on building a “system.”

 

        12:40 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.     Closing Reflection

 

1:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.       Networking and Exchange of Contact Information with Participants There will be a brief opportunity to connect with

                                                                   leaders to exchange information.  This opportunity will be optional.

Dress is business casual and parking will be located at the LAZ Parking Garage, 100 Columbus Boulevard, Hartford, CT.  Please bring your parking ticket with you to the event when you register in order to receive a parking voucher.
