Understanding Conflict Styles
No two individuals have exactly the same expectations and desires, so conflict is a natural part of our interaction with each other. It is especially important for leaders to understand their own conflict styles because often we are put in a situation where we have to resolve conflict among our staff. This session will focus on the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict assessment that identifies they conflict style that is part of who you are. Knowing this style will help to provide you with effective ways to resolve conflict in a positive and meaningful way.
We hope that you will join us in this very informative session that will promise to be enlightening and helpful in all of your relationships. You will take the assessment at the session.
