TRINITY HEALTH OF NEW ENGLAND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SESSION
The Leadership Development & Culture Change team is offering the following Leadership Development session on Wednesday, February 21, 2018, 9am – 10:30am at Saint Francis Hospital & Medical Center, Hartford, CT:
Understanding Conflict Styles
No two individuals have exactly the same expectations and desires, so conflict is a natural part of our interaction with each other. It is especially important for leaders to understand their own conflict styles because often we are put in a situation where we have to resolve conflict among our staff. This session will utilize the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Assessment that identifies the conflict styles that are part of who you are. Knowing which style to use in a given situation will help to provide you with effective way to resolve conflict in a positive and meaningful way.
We hope that you will join us in this very informative session that will promise to be enlightening and helpful in all of your relationships. In preparation for this session, participants will be asked to complete an online assessment which must be completed by Wednesday, February 14th in order to prepare each individual’s report prior to the session.
Upon registration for this event, you will receive an email with the necessary information.
