TRINITY HEALTH OF NEW ENGLAND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SESSION

The Leadership Development & Culture Change team is offering the following Leadership Development session on Wednesday, February 14, 2018, 9am – 10:30amat Saint Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury, CT:

Multi-Generational Teams in the Workplace

As leaders, we work to maintain, develop, and create a high performing workplace of engaged colleagues.  Never before has there been such a diversity of generations in the work force.  Each with different values, attitudes, expectations, needs and motivations.  This is challenging to manage and integrate into organizations.

This session will focus on the results of our colleague engagement survey demonstrating correlations to the above mentioned opportunities and challenges.  “Multi-generational Teams in the Workplace” will focus on:  1) identifying the four generations, their defining moments, and core values; 2) identifying their assets, liabilities, and career expectations; and 3) Ideas and strategies on how to blend these generations into a cohesive workforce.

You can use the link below to register on Eventzilla.  The registration deadline is February 12, 2018.

Thank you and we look forward to working with you during these session offerings.
