The Leadership Development & Culture Change team is offering the following Leadership Development session on Wednesday, March 28, 2018, 9am – 10:30am at Mercy Medical Center, Deliso Center, Springfield, MA:

 

 

Introduction to Leadership Styles through MBTI

 

To be an effective leader, one must truly understand how one’s style or preferences impact communication with others.  There are many tools used to determine one’s leadership and communication style but the one that we have found to be most useful is the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).  This tool gives you information about how your style interacts with others and how you take information.  In this session, leaders will understand their style and how to recognize the style of others, along with strategies to help make communication more effective.  We hope that you will join us in this very informative session that will promise to be enlightening and helpful in all of your relationships.  

 

Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation with instructions and a link for the MBTI assessment.  Once completed your report will be shared with you at the March 28th session.  Please do not take this assessment unless you are planning to attend the face-to-face presentation.

 

The registration deadline for this event is Wednesday, March 20th and in order to participate in the session your MBTI assessment needs to be completed by the end of business day March 21st.
