TRINITY HEALTH OF NEW ENGLAND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SESSION
The Leadership Development & Culture Change team is offering the following Leadership Development session on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, 9am – 10:30amat Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, Hartford, CT:
Effective Dialogue and Conversations
Relationships are important and strong relationships are built through effective dialogue and conversation. This requires people to communicate in a respectful manner that allows information to be shared and acted on. While it sounds simple – it is not always that easy because everyone brings a different perspective, style, and experience to the relationship. In this session, leaders will learn key strategies that help them to have effective dialogue and conversations
You will receive an Evite through Eventzilla or you can use the link below. There are 40 spots available. Registration deadline is February 4, 2018.
Thank you and we look forward to working with you during these session offerings.
