As part of the leadership development offerings by the regional Leadership Development and Engagement team, I would like to invite you to participate in a learning opportunity:

 

How does your Leadership Style Compare to the Benchmark of High Achieving Leaders?

 

This session will be offered in lieu of our normally scheduled Management Team meeting on March 19, and will be held in the Chawla Auditorium from 3-4:30 PM.  Our partners at YardeZone will be presenters.  The session will focus on:

 

·         Identifying your predominant style of managing people

 

·        Analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of various management styles

 

·        Forging a personal framework for making the best leadership-style choices. 

 

·        Information will be shared to compare your leadership style against a database of achieving leaders, with tips on how to close the gaps
