This event will provide facilitator training for “Leaders Go First”, a Trinity Health program designed to provide tools to leaders to help us all create a culture where behaviors reflect our core values.  Part of our journey in coming together as a region will be working to instill behaviors that reflect our culture and values.

In partnership with Trinity Health, we plan to bring all of the Trinity Health New England leaders together in the Fall to participate in "Leaders Go First," a four hour experience designed to align our vision with living our values.  The program requires the training of "facilitators" who will moderate their team of colleagues throughout the exercise.  As a facilitator, you will receive training (1.5 days) and become part of a cohort that will work together to carry out the exercise with THNE leaders.

The facilitators training will be refreshed with a half-day session in September.  You wil receive the training and have the opportunity to practice the skills learned.  Participation in this training is a great opportunity to engage with a group of individuals all committed to creating a strong and supportive culture.

You should have received information from Nancy Rousseau about the facilitator role in an earlier email.

This effort is being organized by the THNE Culture Change Steering Committee which has representation from all disciplines and services.  We look forward to working with you and if you have any questions, please hesitate to reach out to Nancy Rousseau, Vice President and Chief of Staff, Trinity Health New England at nrousseau@trinityhealth-ne.org.

All participants must register their attendance at the event between 7:30am-8:00am.  There will be a light breakfast served at that time.

Lunch will be served at 12:00pm.

We recommend you bring a light jacket or sweater as room temperature varies in the room.  Parking is located on the premises.
